Hello there, since a lot of people do not know how to trigger these world bosses that give a rare here is a little guide/map for those people to make it somewhat easier.
The Dredge Commissar is really fast to trigger. It's about 5 minutes to do on your own. With 2 or more people its even faster. For the foulbear chieftain it takes about 10-15 minutes but there is lots of loot and if you need to level a character it works out really well at that location. I recommend for the Foulbear to take a few friends or guildmates.
