This is spot where you can farm Flax Seeds. These seeds you need for the
very first guild hall upgrade. You need 600 of them but since they cost
around 30s each that is super expensive for smaller guilds. So here is a
spot where you can find 10-20 seeds and farm them quickly together with
your guild!
