New Balance Patch | General Changes + Traits | Guild Wars 2 by Teldo

Update - June 23, 2015

So the new patch is finally out and in the upcoming days I'll be covering lots of new experimental builds and experiences I make with the new balancing/trait changes.
I'm very excited about this meta-less state of the game and I will share as much of it as I can.
